Powerful & Affordable Standard Valve Angle Racing Head Available

These very reasonably priced AFR 210cc runner small block Chevy cylinder heads are state of the art performance in design and features. The AFR 1050 small block cylinder heads feature the Air Flow Research's "Race Ready" configuration with 100% CNC ported 210cc intake runners and 80cc exhaust ports as well as 75cc combustion chambers. These castings also have AFR's typical 3/4” thick head deck which is ideal for high compression, nitrous or forced induction applications.

Standard 210cc "Race Ready" head's valvetrain consists of 2.080" diameter intake and 1.600" diameter exhaust valves with lightweight 8mm valve stems coupled with AFR’s hardened ductile iron interlocking valve seats. PAC Racing 1.550" solid roller dual valve springs are standard, rated at .710" max lift. Angle spark plug location standard as are the fully CNC profiled combustion chambers. The exceptional flow characteristics make for serious power.

With a 23° valve angle and standard valve spacing this is the perfect head for 350 to 400 cubic inch engines in bracket drag cars, sportsman oval trackers and highly modified street class cars operating between 3000 and 7500 RPM. Higher RPM ranges possible depending on combination of parts. Dual valve cover bolt pattern is standard. The AFR 1050 cylinder heads feature standard exhaust spacing and the exhaust port location is raised 1/4 inch over stock GM L98 cylinder heads.
