These Comp "Magnum Series" roller tip rocker arms are the ultimate street rocker arms, helping your engine make more power and last longer. Manufactured from premium quality 8620 chromemoly steel, these "Magnum Series" roller tip rocker arms are stronger than die cast aluminum or stamped steel rockers. Their stiffness guarantees maximum lift because these arms will not flex under load. When your engine's rocker ratio is off spec, you will not obtain maximum horsepower potential from the engine. Some rockers are as much as .040'' short on lift while Comp's "Magnum Series" roller tip rockers are on the money every time.
Comp's "Magnum Series" rockers can potentially gain between 15 or more real horsepower over other ball pivot style rockers because, combined with their stiff design, the roller tips reduce friction and scuffing, yielding more effective valve lift. The roller tip design reduces friction by not scrubbing the valve end or pushing the valve stem hard against the valve guide, which extends rocker and guide life.
