FTI GT40 "King of the Road" Hydraulic Roller Camshaft - (KR-X)
Due to popular demand, FlowTech Induction is offering our "GT40-KR-X" small block Ford custom hydraulic roller camshaft profile separately. Designed specifically for the popular GT40, GT40X and GT40P cylinder head combinations. When combined with a dual plane, carburetor intake manifold and driveline mods, this camshaft will melt the tires off any performance project. This "GT40-KR-X" camshaft requires aftermarket tubular headers with free flowing mufflers & exhaust system. These street/track grinds may require professional tuning.
All our billet steel core hydraulic roller camshafts require a coated aftermarket or OEM compatible steel distributor gear. Also recommended is a modified cam retainer plate. (FTI-CR-2) and a Rollmaster billet timing set. (ROM-CS3040)

- Intake Duration @ .050" Tappet Lift: 214°
- Exhaust Duration @ .050" Tappet Lift 224°
- Intake Gross Valve Lift: .566" (1.60)
- Exhaust Gross Valve Lift: .536" (1.60)
- Lobe Separation: 108°
- RPM Range: 1800-5800
NOTES:
- Rocker arm geometry, lifter preload & push rod length must be verified before starting the engine.
- Lifter preload is very important for maximum performance and must be checked & verified.
- All hydraulic roller camshafts are ground on the late model 302HO/351W firing order. (1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8)
