Really BIG horsepower and mid-range torque gains with more "usable" power than any camshaft in this range. This profile is quite nasty and not for the weak of heart. It's a real shocker when the throttle is mashed. Low ETs and tire shredding torque on demand for a stout LS powerplant. The real world RESULTS of this camshaft do not lie, only your competition does when they're beat to the finish line.
Increased static compression ratio required. PAC Racing 1206X, 1207X, 1221X, Comp Cams 26925 or equivalent severe duty dual valve springs and matching lightweight valvetrain a must. Lightweight valves and heavy wall push rods required for high RPM valvetrain stability. Large diameter, long tube headers, ported cylinder heads and professional tuning mandatory.
Piston to valve clearance MUST BE checked and verified with this camshaft profile.
