PAC Racing - Replacement Beehive Valve Springs - (1218)
The PAC Racing 1218 beehive spring is a great replacement valve spring for the stock or LS6 GM yellow or OEM style valve springs. This performance LSx ovate wire beehive spring for flat tappet or hydraulic roller applications up to .600" lift. This is a drop-in spring that fits stock LS1, LS2 and LS6 seats and retainers. This spring has higher loading and seat pressure for more demanding applications.
The 1200 series beehive valve springs use a premium steel alloy that out performs automotive industry standards, additionally PAC Racing springs processes these springs to aerospace shotpeening standards to allow for superior fatigue performance. These 1218 beehive springs are manufactured using a proprietary process to ensure the springs maintain the load needed to withstand the rigors of street performance and mild racing applications.
