Weiand X-CELerator Intake Manifold - (SB Chevy)
The Weiand 7547-1 single plane intake manifold is the hot set up for some strong mid range and top end power. Perfect of the daily driver duties of a stout 355 or 383 stroker power plant. Works best with small to medium runner aftermarket cylinder heads and small hydraulic roller camshafts. The 7547-1 is considered a low-rise, single plane intake manifold for those vehicles with limited hood clearance. Single Holley 4150 configuration. Will not fit spread bore carbs.
This manifold is part of the Weiand "Nostalgia" series being released again. The "Nostalgia" series intake manifolds are manufactured using the original tooling and may have minor appearance imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the part. These minor blemishes are a natural part of the casting process when using the original sand casting tooling.
Weiand's "Nostalgia" series intakes are proudly cast and machined in the USA. We support all areas of the vintage, show as well as nostalgia car hobby and want to continue to produce these lower volume manifolds using the original tools.
