The Edelbrock #61625 Performer RPM cylinder head is designed for use with 351C, 351M & 400M Ford engine applications. The Edelbrock #61625 Performer RPM head is perfect for street performance, daily drivers, street rods and muscle cars where seat-of-the-pants performance is needed. This cylinder head delivers great throttle response and power from 1500 to 6500 RPM. They also feature the highest quality intake and exhaust valves and valve springs. For use on pre-pollution controlled vehicles only.

NOTE: Modern hydraulic roller camshaft profiles will typically experience valve float at 6000-6200 RPM with the standard valve springs because of their fast ramp rates and higher valve lift. It is highly recommended to upgrade to the optional higher pressure dual valve springs to reduce chances of valve float associated with 6200 RPM or higher. We can also fit your heads with PAC Racing, Lunati or our own severe duty springs for an additional cost. High RPM applications should also use tool steel or titanium retainers and the ARP 7/16" rocker studs.
